What to expect

An active travel membership requires verified supplier agreements, a current benefit catalogue and a supported redemption process. This profile does not activate membership, grant lounge entry or confirm hotels, fast track or transfers. Each service needs its own eligibility and availability check.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation prevents future renewals and is separate from requesting a refund of an earlier charge. To request a refund or report an issue, contact us with your purchase email, date and amount. These terms do not limit applicable withdrawal and conformity rights.
